REPORT:

'Overall, your patients indicated that they were provided with clear, thorough information.  All patients indicated that they felt well-informed about reasons for the surgery, and what would happen.  They all felt supported, and were happy with the amount of time you spent with them and how you answered their questions and explained things in a way they could understand... In summary, patients on the whole seem to be very satisfied with the quality of service and perceived level of care provided.'

'17 patients (35%) wrote other comments.  16 of these comments indicated that patients were very happy with the treatment and care they received' (the seventeenth comment related to not knowing whether or not stitches were dissolvable).  For example:
