Cancellation Policy

Our practice appreciates the value of your time.  Please therefore assist us to run on time in our consulting sessions by arriving promptly for your appointment or advising us as soon as possible if you will be unable to keep it.  A cancellation fee may be charged if less than 24 hours' notice is given; this applies particularly to long (infertility or initial consultation) appointments and failure to attend without notification.
